How To Cook A Perfect Pasta


Pasta pink sauce

 4 persons

 30 minutes


  1. Macaroni: 500 grams
  2. Chicken breast: 4 breasts (chopped)
  3. – Colored bell peppers: 1 cup (slices)
  4. Onions: 1 piece (chopped)
  5. Garlic: 4 cloves (chopped)
  6. Salt, to taste
  7. Black pepper to taste
  8. Thyme: half a teaspoon
  9. Paprika: 1 teaspoon
  10. Milk: 2 cups
  11. Margarine: 1 tablespoon
  12. Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon
  13. Flour: a tablespoon


1. Boil the pasta in salted water, and leave it aside.

2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, put the ghee and oil and add the chicken breasts with onions, and sauté until the chicken turns from pink to white.

3. Add the spoonful of flour, and stir then add the colored pepper, paprika and thyme, while stirring constantly.

4. Add the milk to cover the ingredients, then add salt, black pepper and chopped garlic.

5. Leave the ingredients to boil on the fire until the consistency of the mixture becomes thick.

6. Add the pasta, corn and beans, stirring for a minute, then transfer to a serving dish.
