How To Cook A Perfect Pasta


Chicken pasta with red sauce

 4 persons

 30 minutes


  1. Del Libano Penne: 500 grams
  2. Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons
  3. Chicken breast: 500 grams (cut into small cubes)
  4. Onions: 12 cup (finely chopped)
  5. Garlic: 1 tablespoon (crushed)
  6. Chili pepper: 3 teaspoons (powder)
  7. Tomato sauce: 1 cup
  8. Salt: 1 teaspoon
  9. Black pepper: 1 teaspoon (ground)
  10. Basil: 1/4 cup (green)


  1. Heat the oil in a deep saucepan over a medium heat and add the chicken.
  2. Use a wooden spoon to disperse the chicken and leave it on the stove until it turns brown.
  3. Add onions and saute with chicken until wilted, then add garlic and hot pepper.
  4. Pour the tomato sauce and season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer.
    Boil the pasta in salted water until soft (4-6 minutes).
  6. Drain the pasta from the water and pour it over the sauce.
  7. Stir the pasta until well combined with the sauce on a low heat for two minutes.
  8. Place pasta with spicy tomato sauce in a serving dish and garnish with basil leaves.
